Who is responsible for processing my data?

The website owner (name, physical address) is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR).

To whom are my data disclosed?

Your data may be disclosed to our partners and subcontractors as so-called processors in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR when we engage them to perform certain tasks involving the processing of personal data. For example, we use WIX.com LTD (hereinafter: WIX) as our website service provider. Please note that in these cases, as the data controller, we remain responsible for your data processing.

Additionally, we may share your data with our partners who independently provide services to you, regardless of your relationship with us. For example, if you order services from our partners through us, or if you consent to sharing your data with partners, or if a partner is involved in processing based on a legal basis.

Finally, we may disclose data to government authorities if required by law.

Are my data subject to automated decision-making?

We do not use your data for processing involving automated decision-making.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
For example, we retain an email address for newsletter delivery only as long as you are subscribed.

Where is my personal data processed?

Your data are primarily processed in the Republic of Croatia and other European Union or European Economic Area (EEA) countries.

Only exceptionally do we transfer your data to so-called third countries, and in such cases, we ensure adequate protection measures, such as using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or transferring data to countries recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.

Your rights regarding your data

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: you can request information about whether your personal data are processed, categories of personal data, purposes of processing, possible recipients, and storage periods (Article 15 GDPR);

  • Right to rectification: you can request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data (Article 16 GDPR);

  • Right to erasure: you can request deletion of your personal data in accordance with Article 17 GDPR;

  • Right to restriction of processing: you can request restriction of processing your personal data under Article 18 GDPR;

  • Right to object: you can object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests concerning specific processing activities (Article 21(1) GDPR);

  • Right to data portability: you can request that your personal data provided to us be transferred to another service provider in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (Article 20 GDPR);

  • At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent, and your data will no longer be processed based on that consent.
